Why do this little exercise?

We all want the decisions we make to be easier, especially in today’s world of overwhelm.  We also want those decisions to lead to a more fulfilling life.

Unfortanetly most of our decision making is on autopilot, driven by factors established by our environment. And those drivers aren’t necessarily in line with what actually brings us lasting happiness, fulfillment, and meaning.

It’s only when we can interrupt that mental wiring that’s been established and affirm what is really important that we can work towards establishing new habits and new decision making framework.

This simple but effective exercise is a critical step in that process.
